What to do with a queued transaction in MetaMask?

MetaMask sign in is a great and simple way to deal with digital assets. By digital assets, we are referring to cryptocurrencies here. You deal in cryptocurrency via an online digital platform. Speeding up a transaction

  1. Take a step ahead for logging into MetaMask sign in
  2. Once you are logged in, scroll down the “Accounts” head
  3. You’ll find a “Speed Up” option, hit on it

In this way, you re-submit the stuck transaction but an important thing here is that the gas fee will get varied with a high charge allowing your transaction to be processed faster. In other words, speeding up a transaction will increase the gas fee.

Cancelling a transaction

The other way to deal with a queued transaction is to cancel the same and then restart by making a fresh transaction. You can cancel the pending transaction (in the app) in the following manner:

  1. Open the MetaMask application
  2. Proceed for MetaMask sign in by entering true login credentials
  3. Scroll down in the “Accounts” section
  4. You’ll see a “Cancel” option next to the “Speed Up” icon, hit on it

With this, you have successfully cancelled a pending transaction. Please note, that you can only cancel a queued transaction and not the one that has been already processed.

You can easily deal with a pending transaction with MetaMask Sign in. The above-mentioned options are simple to follow. By speeding up a transaction you agree to pay a high gas fee to get the transaction processed and with the latter one, you agree to cancel the stucked transaction.
